● Development and testing are done using dummy or team-approved data with internal consent.

● The client is fully responsible for the following:

○ Making sure that any images, datasets, videos, or documents shared are legally and ethically collected.

○ Ensuring compliance with regional privacy and data protection laws.

○ Getting all required user consent before any data processing through our applications.

4. Liability Disclaimer

● Eagle Lens is not liable for any unethical or illegal use of our tools by clients.

● If a client misuses our platform for:

○ Unauthorized surveillance

○ Biometric data abuse

○ Privacy breaches

○ Or non-compliance with the law

Then the client bears full responsibility.

5. Legal Compliance

● We operate under a strong commitment to legal and ethical AI development.

● Our work is guided by:

○ UK GDPR and the Digital Economy Act

○ Pakistan’s PECA and local cyber laws

○ Global standards such as the OECD AI Principles

● We may reject or stop any project involving sensitive data without proper compliance processes.

6. Intellectual Property

● All software, models, and designs developed by Eagle Lens remain the company’s intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

● Clients may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our systems without permission.
